Mindful and Compassion focused well-being that can be tailored to suit the needs of your company, the time and space that is available. It can be hourly, weekly or may be a one-off day event.

Sessions will explore the essential principles of mindfulness through a combination of guided meditation practices and discussion around the practical applications of mindfulness in everyday life and the workplace.

Sessions will help participants to:

  • Stay focused on a task without the mind being distracted by thoughts about the past or future.
  • Find a sense of calm during stressful or emotionally challenging situations.
  • Navigate change more effectively and more easily.
  • Manage internal states, impulses and resources with greater awareness.
  • Increase engagement and satisfaction with work.
  • Identify and maintain peak performance.
  • Recognise and more skilfully deal with distraction, perfectionism, and procrastination.
  • Improve listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Cultivate resilience to help combat low-moods and poor self-esteem.

Support material will be provided both before and during the sessions. (Again, in a format to suit).

In person sessions can be held in your business premises or a, pre-agreed, outside space.
